Julie Mahfouz Rezvani is a seasoned HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) expert with over two decades of experience across for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, complemented by certifications in Human Resources Management and Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. Julie specializes in fostering inclusive environments and driving impactful change through strategic HR management and comprehensive DEI initiatives.

As a consultant, Julie offers specialized HR services to SMEs and large organizations, focusing on a wide range of areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, organizational development, and culture transformation. Her expertise extends to designing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of inclusion and equity.


She is recognized for her leadership as Vice-Chair and Board Lead for EDI at the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto and Vice-President of the Board of Directors at COSTI Immigrant Services, where she integrates DEI strategies to promote organizational excellence and community engagement.
